Services and fit
Ease plans, designs, and develops business websites; improves technical and on-page SEO; manages local search and Google Ads engagements; and builds practical AI chatbots, workflow automations, and custom software. Each proposal defines the pages, functions, integrations, content responsibilities, measurement, and support that are actually included.
The strongest fit is a local or regional business with a clear service, an accountable decision-maker, access to accurate business information, and a real customer journey to improve. Ease works frequently with Permian Basin service businesses, professional practices, contractors, industrial companies, restaurants, dealerships, and other teams that need direct access to the people doing the work.
Ease is based in Odessa and serves businesses across Odessa, Midland, Monahans, Pecos, Andrews, Big Spring, and the broader Permian Basin. Website and software projects can also be delivered remotely when local market knowledge or in-person meetings are not required.
Scope, pricing, and ownership
A focused custom website commonly starts between $2,500 and $5,000. Larger marketing sites often fall between $5,000 and $10,000, while ecommerce, portals, custom software, and complex integrations require a project-specific scope. The proposal identifies recurring tools, hosting, third-party costs, revision rounds, and exclusions before work begins.
A focused site may take two to three weeks after required content and approvals are available. A larger site commonly takes four to six weeks. Ecommerce, custom integrations, and software projects need a timeline based on approved requirements. Dates are estimates until dependencies, content responsibilities, and decision-makers are confirmed.
Ownership and licensing are documented in the proposal. Standard website engagements transfer the approved custom code, design, and client-provided content after final payment. Domains and business accounts should remain in the client's name, while third-party software, fonts, plugins, stock assets, and platforms remain subject to their own licenses.
SEO, measurement, and support
No responsible provider can guarantee a Google position. Ease can document the baseline, resolve technical barriers, improve page intent and content, strengthen internal linking, support local-search accuracy, and report what changed. Rankings still depend on competition, relevance, authority, search behavior, and Google's systems.
Measurement can connect landing pages and acquisition sources to phone clicks, forms, chatbot conversations, qualified leads, won work, and reported revenue. GA4, Google Search Console, Tag Manager, first-party lead records, and session-replay tools each answer different questions; the reporting layer keeps those definitions separate instead of pretending one system has perfect attribution.
The launch scope includes the testing, training, and post-launch support stated in the proposal. Ongoing maintenance, content improvement, SEO, advertising, analytics review, and software monitoring can be provided under a separate recurring scope. The responsibilities and response expectations should be explicit rather than assumed.
AI software and automation
Typical projects include website chatbots trained on approved business information, lead qualification and routing, document intake, internal knowledge assistants, follow-up workflows, reporting tools, and focused customer or employee portals. The right solution depends on the decisions the system must make, the data it may access, and where a person must remain in control.
Custom work becomes reasonable when an important workflow spans several systems, generic software forces repeated manual work, data or permissions require tighter control, or the business needs a focused interface that existing products cannot provide. If an established tool solves the problem safely and economically, Ease should recommend configuring that tool instead of building unnecessary software.
The design starts by defining approved sources, prohibited claims, permissions, retention, escalation rules, and human-review points. No model should be treated as infallible. Sensitive or regulated workflows require project-specific security and compliance review; a marketing-site chatbot is not automatically appropriate for medical, legal, financial, or other high-risk decisions.
